A pioneer in this field, Sahil is famous for out-of-the-box concepts 7 execution of quirky crowd affairs. The journey which started with a single restaurant, Molecule Gurgaon in 2016 has now transformed into a multi-brand empire where he has opened up more than 13 outlets across India &intends to launch 21 more in the next six months.

Megha Sharma is a power woman and Co-founder of House of Yuvi. She is an ardent fashionista with a keen eye for all things chic and classy. Megha excels on the marketing and public relations front for the group, where she uses her creativity and expertise to promote the restaurant and create a buzz around it.

As an explorer and avid traveler, Megha loves to explore various cuisines from around the world. She actively takes part in the food trials to pass on her knowledge to the team and ensure that the food at House of Yuvi is of the highest quality. Dhruvv Chawla, an avid food lover and visionary entrepreneur, is known for his passion and expertise in the restaurant industry. With years of experience under his belt, he co-founded House of Yuvi, with the aim of filling the vacuum of an all-rounder place in the city.

As the Co-founder of House of Yuvi, Dhruvv Chawla has demonstrated a keen eye for good food and a knack for creating unique dining experiences that cater to diverse tastes and preferences. He is deeply involved in all aspects of the restaurant, from menu curation and ingredient sourcing to staff management and impeccable customer service.

Dhruvv is a true foodie at heart, with an insatiable appetite for exploring new flavors and cuisines from around the world. He has traveled extensively and has a deep understanding of the culinary traditions and practices of different cultures, which he leverages to create innovative and delicious dishes that delight his customers.

Sandeep Singh Rawat is having Experience of 15yrs in branding domain and he is Brand Head of House of Yuvi.
He has done pre-opening of brands like howzatt ,striker ,Soi 7, molecule Gurgaon , the drunken botanist, striker privè. Pre-opening restaurants, building a team into work force to proved best experience to the guest. Been part of known brands in Gurgaon my whole tenure and have known face among the patrons. Have great knowledge of f&b and to keep the brand on top and building brand experience. Fabulous team leader and player, very focused on Greta guest experience. Carries very positive happy and energetic attitude and body language.

Himmat S Rautela, the brand chef of Molecule is known as The man who was inspired by his grandmother, his first cooking lessons started in his village in Uttrakhand. Rautela believes that each dish has its own taste and flavor and hence one should use minimum spices and also his keen eye for details to keep up with the local flavors of each city.

And yes if he wouldn’t have been in the kitchen juggling between pans and knives you would have surely spotted him either playing cricket or clicking some awesome frames.
