He has done pre-opening of brands like howzatt ,striker ,Soi 7, molecule Gurgaon , the drunken botanist, striker privè. Pre-opening restaurants, building a team into work force to proved best experience to the guest. Been part of known brands in Gurgaon my whole tenure and have known face among the patrons. Himmat S Rautela, the brand chef of Molecule is known as The man who was inspired by his grandmother, his first cooking lessons started in his village in Uttrakhand. Rautela believes that each dish has its own taste and flavor and hence one should use minimum spices and also his keen eye for details to keep up with the local flavors of each city.
